RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please email intention of return with in 7 working days from receiving package, you then have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase providing it is in original resale-able condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive a refund that will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. Please allow up to 14 days after we receive your return, for your return to be processed and your card to be refunded.

These are the options for returning your items:

Contact MDS to collect your parcel and return it using a trackable waybill service. Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel.

  • PostNet to PostNet
  • Take your parcel to any PostNet office and return it using a trackable service. Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel. All parcels must be addressed to us correctly and delivered to:

If we do not receive it we can’t refund you.
